Dining Out On Easter
Although traditionally Easter is a holiday in which one cooks and eats at home, I've noticed that a growing number of young people who are unable to feast with their families choose to go out for Easter Brunch. Many, usually upscale, restaurants offer a special menu or even appearances by the Easter Bunny, the friendly, candy-toting creature that has so much to do with Easter yet so little to do with Christ.

Anyway, here are my picks (i.e. suggestions, NOT endorsements) for Boston's Restaurant Easter Brunches.
Henrietta's Table
The menu speaks for itself and justifies the $55 price tag. Go if only for the Eggs Benedict and Chocolate Rum Cake.
The Hampshire House
More of a dinner (and a limited one at than) than a brunch really, but the elegant library setting almost makes up for the $50 price.
Metropolis Cafe
A less formal alternative to the aforementioned, Metropolis Cafe actually encourages you to wear pajamas to their weekend brunch. The reasonably-priced a la carte options will be avaible on Easter Sunday in addition to some special menu items.
