Welcome to diningoutboston.com, a comprehensive, critical reference for all foodies, gourmands, and snackers who call beantown home. As the chosen cuisine reviewer, I am honored to give you up-to-date commentary all on the fine eating establishments Boston has to offer, from hotel bistros to hot dog stands. I will try everything so you don't have to, because life's too short to spend years finding the best pad thai. My experience in food criticism ranges from restaurant reviewing for travel guides to working in gourmet food stores to simply consuming three large meals a day in my twenty-plus years. I hope you'll find my perspective helpful, insightful, and pretentious in the best way possible. I give credit where credit is due and am open to all sorts of "creative" dining experiences. However, I can be a snarky little thing, and I won't hesitate to tell you what's rotten about a four-star restaurant.
